Complex backend logic, simple frontend experience. Our goal was to make SMS marketing accessible to non-technical members while handling heavy server loads.

1. Multi-Tenancy: We designed the database to strictly isolate data, ensuring that Member A’s client list is never accessible to Member B.

2. Campaign Builder: We built an intuitive UI that allows members to draft messages, insert dynamic tags (like {First_Name}), and schedule blasts with a few clicks.

3. Queue Management: We implemented robust job queues to handle “burst” traffic, ensuring that if 500 members launch campaigns simultaneously, the system processes them efficiently without crashing.
