The Agricultural Management System is an innovative web application designed to optimize the management of large-scale agricultural operations. Our client needed a robust digital infrastructure to move away from manual paper logs and disparate spreadsheets. Our task was to create a centralized ERP solution that integrates zoning, resource management, and agronomic intelligence into a single interface, ensuring traceability from soil preparation to harvest.
A digital brain for modern farming. This system integrates several critical modules, each aimed at improving different aspects of agricultural management. We engineered a dynamic Zoning Module using GIS technology to map physical assets, alongside an Advanced Stock System to track perishable inputs across multiple warehouses. By integrating Weather APIs and HR Management, the platform provides real-time decision support, allowing managers to automate technical itineraries and optimize labor costs per hectare, ultimately reducing input wastage by an estimated 15%.

Digital Mapping: We developed an interactive Zoning interface using Leaflet.js, allowing agronomists to draw and categorize plots with specific metadata (soil type, irrigation status), creating a “digital twin” of the farm.
Agronomic Automation: We built a “Technical Settings” engine that allows experts to define crop life-cycles. These configurations automatically generate daily operational tasks, ensuring compliance with GlobalG.A.P standards.
Resource Optimization: We implemented complex logic for the Stock and Supply Chain module, enabling real-time inventory reconciliation and batch tracking to prevent expiration and ensure safety audit compliance.
